Stainless Steel Probe
The stainless steel temperature probe used to provide crop/ambient temperature is a 10k Thermistor with a range from –40 Fahrenheit to 212 Fahrenheit. It has an accuracy rating of +/- 1 Fahrenheit and a response time of three minutes in moving air. Highly accurate and pre-calibrated it can also be further calibrated with our T326 Software. If measuring sunlight temperatures it is highly recommended that a radiation shield be used. The shield depicted allows for simple pole mounting so as to quickly remove the probe for effective frost temperature monitoring.
