“Irrigation Automation Systems, Inc” (IAS) is the next generation of “Irrigation Automation” the main division of “KC Enterprises Ltd”. “Irrigation Automation” was the brain child of Kevin Connolly who formed "Irrigation Automation" in 2004 after recognizing disconnect between Cranberry Bog owners/operators and their ability to protect their crops while saving water and labor costs through the use of remote irrigation control. He and Paul Frink developed a remote engine/motor control software and multiple hardware solutions fed by “state of the art” wireless, air/plant temperature and soil moisture transmitters. A customized server was developed to allow the subscribers remote access to the irrigation systems through an internet portal which also provides detailed information about the condition of each system.
Brett Niver the President and new owner of “Irrigation Automation Systems, Inc” (IAS) is a software integration specialist who most recently left EMC to acquire the assets and intellectual property of “Irrigation Automation” Brett will be working closely with his new team and take “IAS" further into the Cranberry Industry while expanding presence in the Blueberry, Strawberry and Fruit tree industries throughout North America. Bret will continue the “IAS” quest to become the leading irrigation automation supplier through communication and innovation with existing and future customers. His commitment to his team will insure all customers will receive the finest service and latest technology providing the most innovative irrigation control solution.
