Q: Why won’t my pump start or do anything?
A: The E Stop button must be out!
Q: My pump starts and runs for a few minutes and shuts off, why?
A: The pump is not primed!
Q: I started my pump online and I went to the pump and now it won’t shut off, why?
A: What ever started the pump must shut it off!
Q: When I try to start my pump the lights on the box blink and nothing happens, why?
A: You have a poor or dirty battery connection.
